We specialise in the high quality fitting of bathrooms, kitchens and property refurbishments. With a focus on attention to detail, our service spans initial consultation and planning, structural changes, bathroom/kitchen fitting, plumbing/electrical, decoration and final detailing.

We’re a small family-run company, owned and managed by Tim Cottingham who has over 20 years in the trade. We’re always happy to discuss ideas, and have a ‘one step further’ attitude – probably part of the reason that most of our business comes via word of mouth.

Have you ever felt like dependable, skilled trades people are like gold dust? Many of our clients return to us again and again because they are so relieved to finally find someone who will do a good job, for a reasonable price, and perhaps more importantly – someone who they can trust.

We endeavour to provide our clients with peace of mind that their project will be completed in a satisfactory, cost-effective and timely manner. Three things allow us to do this:

  • Our Skills & Experience – accumulated over 20 years’ in the trade. We know how to manage a project and communicate well too.
  • Our Ethos. We believe in quality. We believe in doing what we say we will, when we say we will. If that’s not possible (we are – without a doubt – fallible), we believe in communicating and working with you to troubleshoot and agree an acceptable way forward.
  • Our Network. Having spent the last 20 years in the trade, we have a team of reliable, high quality trades people with whom we regularly work closely to bring projects to a satisfactory conclusion.
We have used Tim to gut and rebuild our master bathroom and to do the entire fit-out of an oak framed 3 bay garage with living accommodation above. Most of the work was done by him and his people but he also managed both projects, bringing in electricians, floorers, plasterers, etc as necessary… There were numerous problems, most of which Tim solved without consulting me, but he always did consult us if it could change either the specifications or the look. He always arrived when he said he would or he contacted us about any delay. I trust him absolutely, both with keys to the house and alarm and on the financial side…

I cannot recommend Tim and his team too highly. He has undertaken work on my detached Edwardian house over 15 years, starting with small repair jobs, and moving on to major projects. His most recent were complete refits of 3 bathrooms, and a bedroom. Most importantly, the work is of a very high standard, and he is very reliable. He communicates well, so that you know what’s going on, and he will discuss matters as they arise. He and his team are completely trustworthy.

Tim recently upgraded my 25 year old kitchen brilliantly. It looks completely new and I am thrilled with it. He was very easy to work with and had some great ideas for it and the estimate he gave me was adhered to. Tim has some excellent people working with him and they all did a very professional job. Once they had started the work, they were there until it was finished and came back for the inevitable snagging list a couple of weeks later. Tim was also very accurate about how long the kitchen would take to do. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
